1. Scientific Scope Verification

When a project enters disagreement regarding deliverable standards, an independent subject-matter expert from Cat-Ion’s verified academic panel reviews the original project brief, agreed milestones, and output artifacts against discipline benchmarks.

2. Payment Review

Online payments and expert payouts are not currently available. Do not send money to the platform as escrow until Cat-Ion announces that an approved collection and payout service is active.

3. Resolution Timeline

Mediation inquiries are addressed within 48 to 72 business hours, during which both parties may submit supplementary logs, code notebooks, or revision comparisons.
